Maker. Fixer. Doer.

I used to think I had all the answers. Turns out, not so much.
But what I do have is a couple decades of making things work, fixing things that don't, and learning the hard way that the best leaders ask better questions than they answer.

I also used to say I was impatient. Turns out, I'm just action-oriented. (See? Still learning.)

These days, I make things—songs, photos, teams that actually want to show up. I fix things—broken processes, stalled deals, cultures that forgot people matter. And I lead global teams and Fortune 500 relationships across four continents—big work that still has to feel human.

I write about the messy, human side of business because that's where real leadership happens. Not in the deck. In the moment when someone realizes they're better than they thought, when a team clicks, or when vulnerability becomes fuel instead of fear.

My book, The Business Buffet, is the handbook of skills nobody teaches you, but everyone expects you to know—served with stories, humor, and zero corporate BS.

I don't have all the answers, but I've learned the best conversations start when you stop pretending you do. Let's talk. I'll bring the dad jokes.
